8) Armor: steel wire or steel tape for 3 core cables and non-magnetic material for single core

Application

Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables offer excellent thermal-mechanical and electrical performance, along with resistance to chemical corrosion. lightweight with a simple structure, they can be installed without elevation restrictions.Widely used in urban power grids, mines, factories, and other critical transmission applications.

Voltage test:

Each drum of finished cable should withstand power frequency voltage 3.5kV for 5 minutes,the insulation is not breakdown.
Service conditions and operation parameters of Cable:
The cable is applied to fixed installation for rated voltage 0.6/1kV of power transportation and distribution line.
Max. rated temperature of conductor. nominal operating 90ºC
Short circuit: max. for 5 sec.250ºC
The cable can be laid without drop restriction, and the environment temperature shall not be lower than 0ºC.

Generally we do T/T in 30% deposit before production,70% balance see copy of B/L, bedies, LC is acceptable. Payment terms are negotiable depending on customer's request.

The production time and shipping method.
Goods can be delivered by air, by express or by sea;
Express such as DHL/FEDEX/ UPS/TNT, etc
Production time usually 30 days after receive the deposit and order detail is confirmed.
