Polyvinyl chloride has good mechanical properties, excellent electrical insulation properties and excellent chemical stability.Due to the adoption of new aluminum foil Malaga copper mesh braided double shield, it can effectively resist electromagnetic interference.

Conductor: multi strand fine stranded oxygen free copper wire, conforming to VDE0295CLASS 5 standard.

Insulation: Special mixed PVC insulation.

Color :≤0.5mm Color expression, in line with JB8734 brown, black, light blue, purple, pink, orange, blue.

≥0.5mm black number white number number, more than 3 cores with yellow and green ground cable.

Lining: PP tape or foil Mylar wrap shielding.

Braid: bare copper wire or tinned copper wire braid shield.

Jacket: Mixed 70 degree PVC jacket, black (RAL9005) or grey (RAL7001)

Generally we do T/T in 30% deposit before production,70% balance see copy of B/L, bedies, LC is acceptable. Payment terms are negotiable depending on customer's request.

The production time and shipping method.
Goods can be delivered by air, by express or by sea;
Express such as DHL/FEDEX/ UPS/TNT, etc
Production time usually 30 days after receive the deposit and order detail is confirmed.
